Senior Technical Project Manager & Product Manager
I deliver AI products, SaaS platforms, web and mobile apps for startups, working with founders through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and planning to development, QA and launch.
I’m Nicolas De Almeida, a Technical Project Manager and Product Manager with more than a decade of experience across luxury automotive brands, enterprise software and startups.
My career started in journalism and luxury automotive, moved through six years of enterprise web delivery at Cox Automotive, and today focuses on building AI products, SaaS platforms and mobile apps with founders. Along the way I’ve learned to connect business goals with technology and lead cross-functional teams to launch.

From Toulouse to Melbourne, Toronto and now remote worldwide, each role added a layer: storytelling, customer experience, enterprise delivery and product leadership.
I deliver AI products, SaaS platforms, web and mobile apps for startups, working with founders through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and planning to development, QA and launch.
I lead the brand’s digital growth and transformation: Shopify and e-commerce, branding, performance marketing and a full rebrand, across online and retail channels.
I design and build websites on Shopify, WordPress, Webflow and Framer, with a focus on user experience, SEO and conversion.
Grew from Project Manager to Senior Digital Project Manager. I managed website and platform implementations for more than 350 automotive dealerships across North America, covering planning, configuration, QA, launch and post-launch optimisation, for dealerships of brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, McLaren, Honda, Toyota, Subaru and General Motors.
Four years in luxury automotive, working on inventory, digital marketing, online listings and customer experience. This is where I learned how much the digital experience shapes a premium sale.
Writing for a regional daily taught me to ask the right questions, listen carefully and explain complex topics clearly, skills I still use with every client and team.
Every product moves through the same six stages. The depth of each one changes with the project, but none of them gets skipped.
Understand the business, the users and the problem worth solving.
Define goals, scope, priorities and a realistic roadmap.
Shape user journeys and interfaces with designers and stakeholders.
Run sprints, coordinate the team and keep decisions moving.
Test critical journeys, fix issues and get stakeholder sign-off.
Release with confidence, then measure and improve.
Great products come from collaboration, clarity and continuous improvement. These are the principles I bring to every team.
Products are built by people, for people. Understanding users and teams comes before any feature.
Every product should solve a real problem and create measurable value.
Clear scope, clear priorities and clear interfaces beat complexity every time.
Aligning founders, designers and developers is what keeps a project moving.
New tools, especially AI, change how products are built. I keep learning and adapting.
Decisions made today should keep the product scalable and maintainable tomorrow.
From planning and design to development, AI and analytics, I work hands-on with the tools my teams use every day.
Whether you have a product idea, an opportunity or a project that needs structure, I’d be happy to hear about it.
